This is a highly subjective area, so I doubt any one template will satisfy everyone. I added the TEMPLATE_LOCATION and TEMPLATE_PREFIX keywords so that IDLdoc can have multiple sets of templates. I think the next step is to have a "user templates" page on the project wiki with uploads of templates. Note that these templates can be a lot more than just new color schemes, there could be an "Ajax" template for more interactive web content, a LaTeX template, a specific XML schema, etc. Templates can produce nearly any kind of text based output.
